Artistic Director / Curator 2012 - 2016

NEWEST was a biennial program supporting the creation and presentation of live performance and participatory artworks. In my role as Artistic Director, I elicited performance proposals that responded to the festival theme. I encouraged collaborations between audiences, community members and artists; supported innovative projects that utilised unusual sites around Melbourne's West; and participative works that activated found sites. Over 35 works were created over four years.
